Vaccination Status Will Determine Amount Of Access Visitors Will Receive At BVPS

Some COVID mitigation changes are going in place next week in Bristol Virginia Public Schools and your vaccination status will determine the amount of access is granted to visitors. According to Superintendent Keith Perrigan the changes hopefully will improve the school systems chances of continuing to provide in person learning opportunities. Other changes include, resuming temperature checks and screening in car rider lines, approval of overtime for additional cleaning overnight and on weekends, allowing visitors by appointment only with screening questions as well as temperature checks and visitors will be asked if they are vaccinated.
