UPDATE: Suspected Bluff City shooter charged with murder

The names of the men involved in a fatal shooting in Sullivan County have been released.

A report from Sheriff Jeff Cassidy’s office said Ronald Wayne Price, 31, of Bluff City, has been charged with second-degree murder, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence in connection to the 11 am burglary and shooting on Buffalo Road. Sunday’s report said deputies were in route after a report of shots fired and an attempted burglary.

Nicholas Feathers, 28, was dead at the home. Price is being held without bond.
