The Stickley Farm organizes “Fifty for Fender’s” cleanup
The Stickley Farm is looking for at least 50 volunteers to participate in a cleanup and re-build event on November 30 at Fender’s Farm, another staple of Fall attractions in the Tri Cities, which was largely wiped out during flooding from Hurricane Helene. Organizers say the main thing needed is volunteers willing to bring their own trucks and tools to help clean up and re-build the Jonesborough attraction. They are looking for at least 50 people of all ages to pitch in for around 4-8 hours. To volunteer at the event, bring tools and pickup trucks if possible and volunteers will meet at Fender’s Farm Saturday November 30 at 9 a.m.
