Tennessee State Parks invites community to participate in 2022 Weed Wrangle on March 5

Tennessee State Parks invites all Tennesseans on March 5th to participate in the annual Weed Wrangle. This event is part of a national effort to remove invasive plants from public parks and spaces. Experts in invasive weed management will supervise volunteers in the removal of trees, vines, and more; all while educating the community on ways to spruce up their own green spaces.

The Weed Wrangle event is a great way for TN Promise students to fulfill community service requirements, as well. Those interested can register to volunteer at their local state park at TNStateParks.com.
