Tennessee Governor Lee visiting ribbon-cutting ceremony for new Kingsport technical education center Feb. 28

The Kingsport Chamber of Commerce says Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is visiting on Monday to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new Building Construction Technology Institute, located at the former Sullivan North High School.

This new Building Construction Technology Institute will offer more education opportunities for high school students and adult learners looking to enter construction and technical careers. The public is encouraged to attend this ribbon-cutting, which happens at 2533 N John B. Dennis Highway on Monday at noon. Read more here.
