TBI’s Silver Alert issued for missing Sullivan County resident

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Sullivan County resident.

John Hammond, 82, has a medical condition that may impair his ability to drive back safely.

The agency report said Hammond may be driving a 2015 maroon Honda CRV with Tennessee license plate 261-BHDK.
