Report: Convicted bank robber arrested for violating probation
A wanted Johnson City man is behind bars after police found him driving in Limestone. A traffic stop was initiated on 59-year-old William Laws, and when they ran his name, they discovered he was wanted for violation of probation, stemming from a previous bank robbery.
William Laws was taken into custody and a hold was placed on him for the US Marshall’s Service without bond.
