NCSBI: Bodies of Sullivan County Jail escapees found in coastal NC county

More clarification has been provided concerning two Sullivan County Jail escapees who died in North Carolina.

A report from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation says Tobias Carr and Timothy Sarver were found dead following a police pursuit across several jurisdictions that occurred after they robbed a convenience store.

A report from Gray Media says the pair were likely the suspects in a hold-up in Onslow County near North Topsail Beach where the two men tied up the store clerk then stole their vehicle.

Another report says the bodies of the two men were recovered following a crash in Brunswick County but an official cause of death has not been released by police.
