Missing Carter County Siblings May Have Run Away From Foster Home

Investigators now believe three siblings, ages 15, 12, and 8 years of age out of Carter County, ran away from a Foster home. Joshua, Jacob, and Amber Harmon were last seen on February 8 and had been living with their Grandmother before being taken to a foster home, where its believed the trio ran away. The children are originally from neighboring Johnson County. The TBI, Carter County, and Johnson County, Tennessee as well as the Avery County North Carolina Sheriff’s Departments are assisting in the search for the siblings.
