Kingsport Speedway’s April 8 Night Race postponed

The Kingsport Speedway made the decision to postpone Friday’s Food City Night Race due to anticipated thunderstorms. Kingsport Speedway and Food City officials say this decision was made after local forecasts showed low temperatures and possible severe rain throughout the rest of the week.

The season opener race has been rescheduled for April 22nd, and an open practice run will still happen on Thursday, 4/7, from 3 PM to dark at the Kingsport Speedway on North John B. Dennis Highway.
