Judge sentences Telford man to 33 years for second degree murder

District Attorney Steve Finney says a Telford resident was sent to prison for 33 years after a jury convicted the man in January on charges of supplying a fatal dose of fentanyl-laced drugs to the victim in 2021.
Christopher Brian Jones, 29, was convicted of second-degree murder after investigators said Jones sold 23-year-old Isaiah Beatty pills laced with fentanyl.
Those supplies were found when officers executed a search warrant at Jones’ home three days after Beatty’s death.
