Johnson County Senior Center closed temporarily due to COVID

The Johnson County Mayors office says the Johnson County Senior Center will be temporarily closed due to staff sickness. The press release said that several members of the staff have tested positive for COVID-19. County officials say the center is expected to reopen on Monday, Aug. 19, and that free COVI testing kits are available through the Johnson County Health Department.
