J.C. Commissioners Work To Narrow Potential Recreational Uses For Keefauver Farm
Johnson City Commissioners, in a Thursday afternoon work session continue to narrow down potential uses for a 55 acre farm located on Hales Chapel Road. Johnson City annexed the Keefauver Farm and since then have been busy researching and assessing potential uses, in hopes of converting it for some type of recreational use. Three possible concepts were discussed, along with design options as staff continues to move forward on a master plan for the former Keefauver Farm for commissioners to consider when they are expected to receive a copy of the plan in the coming weeks.
