Influenza-like activity up in TN and VA

The latest Center for Disease Control and Prevention map shows influenza-like activity is very high for Tennessee and high in Virginia. This includes RSV, Covid, and influenza cases. Officials continue to stress staying home if you are ill. Also to continue preventative measures such as frequent hand washing and avoiding crowded spaces if you are immuno-compromised. Masking in public for sensitive groups or for someone who has flu-like symptoms is also recommended. The CDC also says that staying up to date with with covid and flu vaccinations is important.
