Governor Youngkin Announces Eight SWVA Locations For Massive Federal Funding Projects

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin announces Friday eight projects in Southwest Virginia, totaling nearly ten million dollars are being recommended for funding from the Virginia Abandoned Mine Land Economic Revitalization grant program. Governor Youngkin, who is in Southwest Virginia Friday says the projects selected support his goals of immediate job creation and the development of new business ready sites. Wise, Scott, Dickinson, and Buchanan Counties are the selected locations for the funding.
