BOE Rehires Rafalowski For Two Year Contract

She’s back…former Sullivan County Director of Schools, Dr. Evelyn Rafalowski has been officially rehired as the director of Schools. Rafalowski, has been in an interim position since Director of Schools David Cox announced his retirement earlier this past summer. Rafalowski is no stranger to the school system. Rafalowski was first hired as superintendent in 2015, she served a one three year term. Rafalowski, signed a two year contract, her base salary is listed as 156 thousand 250 dollars a year.
