Ballad Reports Slight Increase In Admissions, Positivity Rate Continues To Climb

Tuesday, Ballad Health officials revealed only three new patients were admitted to its system of health care providers in the region, but the region continues to watch COVID19 positivity rates climb. Over the past seven days Ballad has reported a twenty one point nine percent rate, with 44 deaths reported. Intensive Care patients now total 108, and alarming 84 of those are using a ventilator to assist with breathing. The health care provider also reported just over 40 percent of the region’s population has been vaccinated.
