THP releases call report for weekend Winter storm

The Tennessee Highway Patrol has reported its total number of calls during this past weekend’s storm. THP said the department responded to a significant number of incidents resulting from the hazardous road conditions including 645 total accidents, 518 property damage crashes, 127 injury crashes and three fatalities. THP also reported assisting a total of 874 motorists and they received over 1,700 calls for assistance.
