Grant awarded to EO Companies in SWVA for “disaster recovery coordinator”

U.S. Representative Morgan Griffith announced that a grant has been awarded to EO Companies, a United Way of Southwest Virginia partner. This grant will help fund a position for a disaster recovery coordinator. The $100,841 grant is from the Appalachian Regional Commission. Griffith said the ARC grant will manage disaster recovery activities in Southwest Virginia. EO Companies is based in Abingdon.
