Carter County police looking for escaped inmate

Carter County police are searching for an escaped inmate. Police said that inmate Billy Fletcher walked off his work assignment Thursday on the grounds of the Carter County Detention Center. When officers became aware he was not at his assigned station, they were unable to find him on the grounds. If anyone has any information on Fletcher call 911.
