UPDATE: VSP locate other driver involved in two-vehicle fatal crash in Duffield

A report from State Police said the driver involved in a fatal crash on Sunday in Scott County, Virginia has been located.

The 56-year-old motorist drove off after a motorcycle rider came off of his bike and flew into the side of the vehicle. 25-year-old Jacob Napier of Harlan, KY was dead at the scene.

The other driver was located in a wooded area in the Blackwater community of Lee County and the report said he was suffering from self-inflicted injuries and showed signs of mental distress. County prosecutors told police charges will be placed pending the conclusion of the investigation.
