Lynn Garden Corridor Study Presented To Board Of Mayor And Alderman

After months of talking with residents, and taking a closer look at existing conditions, a plan has been presented to the public and Kingsport’s Board of Mayor and Alderman for the Lynn Garden Corridor redevelopment project. The study identified issues such as the perception of crime, lack of investment, and vacant properties as well as a lack of middle or multi family housing. The study also revealed several opportunities including Lynn Garden being a gateway to downtown Kingsport. The final plan is expected to be developed in the next few months.
