Johnson City Road Widening Project To Alter Travel

A road widening project in Johnson City will affect the flow of traffic in that city until April 14 beginning Tuesday. Johnson City Public Works will close Lynn Road between West Market Street and Industrial Drive. Emergency traffic will not be able to pass. Signage will be in place to direct all motorists to Leisure Lane as an alternate Route. If you can’t avoid the area, officials say you can expect delays and to use caution in the affected area.
