Erwin Leaders Form Critical Emergency Situation Task Force
The Erwin Board of Mayor and will spend thirty three hundred dollars to assist in forming a thirteen member, highly trained, critical emergency situation task force. The group will consist of highly trained officers, living in the Erwin community. The task force is currently training two hours a week in a different school as well as eight hours a month on the range. The goal is to be trained to respond to critical emergency situations. The task force members are not payed, and the thirty three hundred dollars goes to purchase an insurance policy on the group.
