Police said Church Hill man rammed SUV with family members inside with his truck

A Church Hill, Tennessee man is accused of purposely ramming his truck into an SUV three times with two family members inside.

Jesse Ferguson, 31, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, according to records from Hawkins County Sessions Court.

The victim told officers that Ferguson had punched her in the past and she felt in fear of her life during the incident. Ferguson is scheduled for a March 14 court date.
