A Welfare check on a Johnson City man leads to his arrest on charges of Drug Possession for Resale in a School Zone. Jeremy Miller of West Main Street Johnson City was located inside his vehicle on North Roan Street, alone when officers detected a strong odor of Marijuana. Officers then discovered 52 grams of the illegal weed along with more than 40 grams of meth. All of this transpiring in a Johnson City Drug Free School Zone. Miller is scheduled to answer to those charges in an Arraignment in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court.
