Happy Tails 5K happening in Elizabethton Feb. 13

Friends of the Elizabethton-Carter County Animal Shelter are hosting the first ever Happy Tails 5K this Sunday. This 5K run or 1K walk will benefit the Carter County Animal Shelter and all the furry friends they care for.

Each registered person will get a free Happy Tails t-shirt. Those walking the 1K are invited to bring their leashed dogs along, as well.
