Bluff City Names Interim, Part Time Town Manager, Again

With last month’s death of Bluff City Mayor Irene Wells, a revolving chair of leadership roles have taken place and now there’s another move. Ray Harrington, appointed mayor when Wells passed away, resigned from that post after Harrington moved out of the town’s city limits. Harrington was then appointed head of the Bluff City’s part time town manager position. Monday night, Harrington resigned from that position. Now, newly appointed Mayor Richard Boling will take over as the municipalities Town Manager. Alderman also need to appoint an interim Alderman to fill an unexpired term until November’s election.
