Virginia Lottery reports more than $400 million wagered on sports in November
The Virginia Lottery released its monthly report regarding sports wagering activity in the Commonwealth. The report outlines betting activity for the month of November, which was the second-highest month since legal sports betting began in January of this year.
Virginians wagered more than $400 million on sports between November 1st and 30th. Bettors won more than $300 million for a combined 12 percent operators win percentage. Since sports betting became legal in the Commonwealth, Virginians have wagered more than $2.7 billion on a wide variety of sporting events.
