Abingdon To Resume Aluminum Recycling

Aluminum recycling is returning to the Town of Abingdon Virginia. The Sustain Abingdon Committee is announcing the town is returning the blue recycling trailers to one of their previous locations in the Coomes Center parking lot for a limited collection of aluminum cans. At this time, the town can only accept household aluminum cans in these bins. Other recycling metals, plastics, cardboard, refuse, cannot be accepted at the Coomes Center location
