Kingsport Farmers Market back; EBT/SNAP benefits now accepted at select vendors

The Kingsport Farmers Market is back this weekend with farm-fresh produce and professional cooking tips. Along with produce and goods, the market hosts a professional chef that holds demonstrations and gives tips on cooking with your market purchases. Attendees can watch the chef prepare a meal with market goods and taste-test these creations for free. EBT and SNAP benefits are now accepted by select vendors. Entry to the market is free and open to the public. Per CDC guidelines, face coverings are recommended for everyone regardless of vaccination status. The Kingsport Farmers Market happens on Saturdays and Wednesdays from 7 AM to 1 PM.
