Woman found guilty reckless endangerment after driving through park
A woman who drove recklessly in 2021, through a downtown park in Johnson City, has been found guilty. Patricia Duenaz was found guilty of felony reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, 1st offense DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with injury. On September 12, 2021, she drove recklessly through pedestrian areas in a downtown Johnson City park in an attempt to evade officers, before crashing the vehicle and attempting to run away. Duenaz’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 9.
