Williamsburg Virginia Man Arrested In Fatal Crash, Killing Milligan Student, And Injuring Four Others While Running
Virginia State Police have a 26 year old Williamsburg Virginia man in custody, and charged with numerous traffic offenses after he allegedly struck five members of Milligan University’s Cross Country Track and Field Team, including killing a 20 year old Milligan Student, from Murfressboro Tennessee. 26 year old Jose Efrain Hernandez Mancia struck the five runners along Williamsburg Pottery Road in Williamsburg Virginia killing 20 year old Eli Cramer and injuring four others. Mancia fled the scene before crashing his two door Toyota Scion into a median and was arrested. Mancia is being housed in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail on numerous charges including DUI-Involuntary Manslaughter and a felony count of hit and run.
