Washington County, TN Deputies arrest man after pursuit

Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 41 year old Eric L. Allen after a vehicle pursuit on April 3. Sherrif’s Deputies were patrolling Berry Ridge Road when they tried to stop a speeding vehicle. The suspect ran a stop sign and shortly turned into the driveway of a residence on Upper Sand Valley Road. Deputies took the driver, identified as Allen, into custody.
Allen faces multiple charges including Felony Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving and Simple Possession after a pill was found. He is also wanted for Probation Violations in Sullivan County.  He was booked into the Washington County detention center.
