Washington County TN authorities identify body found in Nolichucky River

The Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office has identified the body found in the Nolichucky River on April 11. The report says the body was identified as 53-year-old Dion Barnes. Evidence located at the scene indicated the death was not flood-related. The circumstances into Barnes death are still under investigation.
