Washington County Tennessee Man Charged With Raping Victim With Developmental Disabilities

A 26 year old Teleford, Tennessee man is jailed accused of raping a person living in a center for individuals with developmental disabilities. According to Washington County Tennessee and Greeneville law enforcement authorities, 26 year old Aaron Joe Massey was arrested and is facing a hearing to answer to the charges he raped the victim who could not consent. Massey is being housed at the Washington County Detention Center on a 50 thousand dollar bond.
