Virginia Gas Prices Drop, But SWVA Congressman Says Recent Surges Are Biden’s Fault
Gas prices in Southwest Virginia and the rest of the Commonwealth have dropped almost three cents in the past week. But Ninth District United States Congressman Morgan Griffith says recent gas price surges are outrageous, but preventable and are a result of bad policies being implemented by President Biden’s Administration. The White House says the rise in gas prices long term, makes an even stronger case for doubling down on green energy. The cheapest gas in Virginia is going for two dollars and eight-nine cents per gallon, but you could pay a statewide high of three dollars and eighty-nine cents a gallon.
