VDEM asks Virginia residents to self report flood damage

The Virginia Department of Emergency Management is asking residents and business owners to self-report any damages caused from the recent flooding and winter weather since February 10. An online link on the VDEM home page allows people to upload photos and describe the damages incurred. The department said this information is vital for the recovery process throughout the state.
