UPDATE: Two suspects arrested for stealing items from Hurley flood victims
Two suspects accused of pilfering through the flood-damaged remains of homes in Buchanan County, Virginia, and stealing various items are in custody.
Brandon Estep, 40, of McCarr, Kentucky, was apprehended in West Virginia and is awaiting extradition. He’s facing four charges including grand larceny.
Nathan Jewell, 27, of Hurley, is charged with two counts of breaking and entering.
A third individual charged along with Estep in a separate case, 28-year-old Christopher Harrison, is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
