Tyler Owens murder trail continues in Unicoi County

A Unicoi County man accused of killing his girlfriend in 2022 was back in the courtroom Wednesday at the Unicoi County Courthouse. Police and experts who had collected evidence and worked at the crime scene at Tyler Owen’s camper testified and text messages between Owens and Brugger were shown. A DNA analyst also provided testimony. The trial continues today in Unicoi County.
