Tipton Street Pub Shooter To Appear In Court

A Johnson City man charged with second degree murder in connection to a barroom shooting in October is scheduled to appear in court Monday. 31 year old Jonathan Murphy allegedly shot and killed Ryan Nicholson following an argument inside Tipton Street Bar. Murphy, fled the scene, but was apprehended a short time later. Murphy is being held on a 250 thousand dollar bond and has a preliminary hearing in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court.
