TBI: Victim neglected by two workers from same caregiver company
A Tennessee company that provides caregiver services has two of its employees charged with neglect after a TBI investigation.
The agency determined the Carter County patient was being victimized by both suspects who worked for the group identified by the TBI as Support Solutions.
The employees facing criminal charges are Kwabena Kwakye and Polly Ridiniger. Kwakye, 45, is accused of leaving the victim and running from a car crash in March. He also faces drug charges. The TBI said Ridiniger, 25, was unaware her patient was locked out of the house and outside in urine-soaked clothing that he removed.
