TBI: Sullivan court clerk abused access to records to change criminal records
A Sullivan County Court Clerk recently investigated by the TBI has been indicted on several charges by a grand jury.
A report from the agency said Valerie Greene used her position to gain access to court records in an effort to seal documents related to her own criminal history.
Greene is charged with tampering, official misconduct, and violation of the Tennessee Personal and Computer Act.
