Suspects In Carter Church Vandalism Case Charged

Carter County Sheriff’s authorities have charged two men with causing more than one thousand dollars in damages to a Carter County Church. Warrants have been issued for the arrests of 23 year old Israel Mark Harrah and 18 year old Casey Wade Hayden. Both are charged with vandalism after they drove a pickup truck in circles on the grounds of Popular Grove Baptist Church on Highway 91 resulting in extensive damages to the church’s parking lot and grounds this past weekend.
