Suspect in custody after two toddlers found dead in Johnson City

Charges are pending against one suspect after two toddlers were found dead at a home in Johnson City.

A city police report said a 1-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl were dead at the scene when criminal investigation unit members arrived at a home in the eastern section of the city.

The bodies were discovered just after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. Autopsies are being completed. JCPD Capt. Mike Adams said the agency is committed to delivering updates when they are available.
