With concern over Governor Bill Lee’s formation of a panel that is reviewing school funding issues and the General Assembly’s recent involvement with some local government funding issues, Sullivan County Commissioners are looking at hiring a professional firm to address any legislative issues in Nashville that could have a negative impact on Sullivan County. Discussions will soon get underway on the possibility of hiring a firm selected by the commission at a cost of up to 36 thousand dollars a year.
