Sheriff says major supplier of fentanyl to Southwest Virginia is in custody

Scott County Sheriff Jeff Edds says a major supplier of fentanyl and cocaine in Southwest Virginia has been arrested and charged.
A county report said Myron Pinkston came to Gate City to make a drug delivery when he was blocked off in a parking lot by state and local agents, resulting in the damage of patrol cruisers.
Pinkston faces nine felonies and Edds said more could follow after the case is presented to a grand jury.
