Scrape It: Safety organization reminds Tennessee drivers of penalty for icy windshields on the road

The Tennessee Highway Safety Office has sent reminders on social media to drivers statewide to refrain from peephole motoring on highways with icy-coated windshields for the remainder of winter.
Drivers on the road with either a partially covered windshield or snowy front view can be charged with a misdemeanor under state code regulations.
Tennessee is currently one of 11 states including neighboring Alabama and Georgia that have such laws in place.
