Russell County school students charged after threats to schools

At least three students in the Russell County Public School System were charged as a result of separate incidents at Castlewood Elementary and Lebanon High School involving potential threats. Russell County Public Schools announced in a social media post, At this time, all schools will resume normal operation, will operate with a heightened safety awareness and law enforcement will be present in all schools. The post comes after Russell County Public Schools were closed Friday due to threats.
