Report: Johnson City man in jail for incest, continuous rape of a child

A Johnson City man is in jail for child rape and incest following an investigation. Arbey Lopez, 38, was arrested on Tuesday, 3/15 after an investigation revealed him as the suspect to a report of sexual assault against a juvenile.

Lopez was arrested and charged with two counts of child rape, one count of incest, aggravated sexual battery, and continuous abuse of a child. He was booked into the Washington County Detention Center on a half-million dollar bond.
